App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how Gassy Men ("us", "we", "our", the "App", or "Gassy Men") collect and process your data.

The App is a free to play game with optional in-game-purchases, and in order to improve your game experience and to support internal operations we process data from and about you.

We may update this Policy from time to time, you should check this Policy periodically. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date will be subject to the new Policy.

Data we may collect via the App

Google Sign-In / Apple Game Center

If you log into the App using a third party platform such as Apple Game Center and Google Sign-In, we access your player ID, display name, scores, rankings, and achievements obtained from the platform according to authorization procedures set by the platform, provided that (i) you have given the platform the relevant consent; (ii) you comply with the terms and policies of the platform; and (iii) that you are over the minimum age limit allowed for the platform.

We may use the data to enable cloud saved games, leaderboards, and achievements features provided by the third party platform.

Google Admob

We use Google Admob to show ads. The App is intended for a general audience including children, thus ad personalization is turned off. Facebook SDK

We use Facebook SDK to understand how people use the app, run optimized marketing campaigns and enable social sharing. The Facebook SDK logs the following information:

• App events - basic interactions in the App (e.g. app installs, app launches, in-app purchases, social sharing) and system events (e.g. SDK loading, SDK performance) are collected for Facebook Analytics;

• Facebook app ID - a unique identifier provided by Facebook to reference our app;

• Metadata from the request - the mobile OS type and version, the SDK version, app name, app version, the device opt-out setting, the user agent string and the client IP address. It also collects the following device related metrics: time zone, device OS, device model, carrier, screen size, processor cores, total disk space, remaining disk space;

Data Sharing

We may share your data with third parties who help us provide and support the App and the game experience, including:

• Other players in order to support leaderboards features, if you log into the App using a third party platform such as Apple Game Center and Google Sign-In;

• Google Admob and their ad technology providers' use of the shared data will not be covered by this Policy. If you have questions concerning the processing carried out by such third parties, please review the list of ad technology providers and their privacy policies;

• Third parties if we are required to disclose your personal data by applicable law, regulation, legal process or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or at bankruptcy;

• Public authorities if we are required to disclose your personal data in response to lawful requests, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements;

Data Security and Storage

We take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure, access, theft, loss, alteration and destruction of your data.

Your gameplay data for the App is encrypted and stored locally on your device for as long as you need to run the App, and if you are logged into the App using a third party platform such as Apple Game Center and Google Sign-In, the encrypted gameplay data is also stored remotely in your personal cloud storage provided by the platform, in accordance to "Data we collect from third parties". You can remove your cloud saved gameplay data by following instructions for iOS or Android. We do not store your gameplay data on a separate Gassy Men maintained server.

The data security and storage practices of our ad technology providers will not be covered by this Policy. If you have questions concerning the practices carried out by such third parties, please review their privacy policies (specified under Data Sharing).

Data Transfer

The App is global by nature and hence your data can be transferred to anywhere in the world. Regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy. The transfers will only occur if the recipient complies with certain legal frameworks relating to the transfer of data, such as the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks.

While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of that data. Any transmission is at your own risk. We do not actively monitor the security of all services and need to rely on third party Partners to notify us of any data breaches.

Social Sharing

The App contain links to Gassy Men's official social networks, as well as social sharing features which let you share your actions within the App with other media. You must be over the minimum age limit to use any social sharing features in the App. Using of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on your settings within the entity that provides the social sharing feature.
